I ♡ dry cured meats

if i could live off this stuff and not die of a salt overdose, i would. or if i was in the desert, and i saw an oasis, i hope that the palm tree fronds are made of meat and the shallow spring filled with beer.

by itself: Bresaola with pepper and lemon, drizzle on olive oil which i hadn't at this point.

on a plate with a bunch of other shit: Prosciutto, cold pesto and pea pasta, herbed goat cheese, chicken liver/pork pâté, bitter orange grilled shrimp and water crackers.

salads:
Bresaola with mixed greens, tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, kalmata olives and pepperoncini. lemon/caper vinaigrette.

Salami in a chopped romaine antipasto salad with goat cheese and lemon/dijon vinagrette.

for breakfast:
Capicola on a bagel with cream cheese, mixed green sprouts tossed in lemon juice and capers.


long story short, dry salty meat rules my universe.♡♡♡
